Culinari Studio is a brand of HB Media Group LLC ("we," "us"). This page explains what information we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Our contact form: your name, restaurant, email, and anything else you choose to add, like a phone number or a message.
- When you become a client: your intake form answers, your menu, logo and photos, and what you send us in Slack.
- Payments: Stripe handles them. We see your name, business name, email and what you paid, never your full card number.
- Business contact details: we may reach out to restaurants using contact details they've listed publicly.
- Our website: we don't use ad or tracking cookies. The companies that host our site and its fonts may log basic technical details, like your IP address.
How we use it

- To bill you
- To send you the occasional note about our services, which you can stop anytime
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We only share it with the services we use to run the business, like Stripe, Slack, Google, Webflow, Netlify and our email tools, and only so they can do their part.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it for your project and our business records, then we delete it.
Your choices
- Want to see, fix or delete the information we have on you? Email us and we'll take care of it.
- Don't want emails from us? Reply and tell us, and we'll stop.
